You can buy mustangs all day long on Craigslist in my town. Seriously it's like one in every 8 cars listed is a mustang. Since I'm NOT looking for a Mustang, I find this annoying. There's more mustangs on craigslist than Jaydens in kindergarten. UGH

50% of the local cruise night I go to is mustangs. 49% is corvettes.

I doubt if it's just your town. America in general is like that, although it seems to be a little more prevalent in the heartland and the south.
I agree though, I'm not a Ford fan, or a Mustang fan. Mainly because sportscars are supposed to be special, they are supposed to stir the soul. They're supposed to make you do a double, or triple-take. Any car that I see more frequently than an F-150 doesn't meet those qualifications.
I know some people worship them, and while I think thats asinine (in large part because many Mustang owners are exceedingly ignorant about cars and think that their Mustang is the coolest, fastest car on the block), different strokes I guess...
